Filed maintenance case against husband in how much it will be granted

sir maine apne pati par almony ka case kiya hai. mujhe bachche nahi hai. or main ab apni maa ke saath rehti hu. maa hi advocate ki fee de rahi hai. lekin meri finacial condition bahot week hai is case ko kitna time lagega. or ye case jitne keliye mujhe kya karna hoga?
