My wife left me nd carrying girl child from since may 2023 .she filed dv case 125 crpc nd 498 from court..court ordered interim....I wana to live wid my child nd wife...she is not ready to come...only demanding maintenance....can I file divorce...I am not guilty ...she accused me in false cases...she wana to ruin my life
