Father in law saying that wife will come and stay with me after job.

I was married in April 2015. My father in law who is a ranger in the forest department is saying that my wife will only come and stay with me once she gets a job. What can i do in such situation?
Sir, in your situation you would be well advised to file an appropriate suit for restitution of conjugal rights before the court having requisite jurisdiction and have the court direct your wife to come and fulfil her matrimonial obligations including that of living with you

As i understand that you have recently got married therefore before invoking any legal remedy would suggest you to try to amicably settle the matter. Try talking to your father-in-law but if he does not agree you have the following option:
You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the court . The restitution of conjugal rights is a remedy which is invoked when either the husband or the wife leaves the company of each other and leaves the house without any reasonable cause , in such cases court will tell the party to join back the company .
