27-Aug-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Honourable Advocates, Myself, my parents and my two kids have been going through this mental torture for last few years. Please help if you can. I have been married for last five years and have two kids. For both of us it is the second marriage. My wife has taken me to all nearby police stations (including local police station, women police station, district SP office, Collector office and Chief Minister Cell) at least 30 times on false allegations. Because of this continuous mental harassment

Dear Client, 1. You can file for divorce on grounds of cruelty under Hindu Marriage Act. Also, file a petition under CrPC or approach High Court to quash false FIRs/complaints. You and your family may seek anticipatory bail and protection orders. Maintain records of all false cases as evidence. 2. Consult an advocate to discuss your case in brief. 3. You may schedule an appointment regarding your case by phone or email at your convenience. Thanks & regards, Priyanka Advocate Coimbatore

I understand the immense stress you and your family are going through. Continuous police complaints on false allegations amount to harassment. You can seek anticipatory bail, file a petition under Section 482 CrPC to quash false cases, and also move for divorce citing cruelty. Additionally, you may approach the High Court to restrain repeated harassment by directing the police not to entertain frivolous complaints. Please share documents so I can guide you on the best course of action.

Let me tell what is the actual problem between you and your wife. Also what is your legal position about that case? Didn't you approach any lawyer? First I want to know about your marrital life and present condition of your marrital status. Then only I'll give you a good suggestion. Let me know what is the complaint given by your wife.
