Police can't go into the matter of your location at the time of alleged incident. It is the Court who will assess evidence given by both parties, i. e. you and prosecution. So, writing to superior officers of police is of no use.

You can give evidence of your mobile location in the Court in your defense, then the Court will decide whether your plea of alibi is trustworthy or not.

Magistrate can convict an accused even after nothing found in MLC. So, you will have to defend your case strongly.
