False case of 498a and now asking for huge amount

Sir, My brother's second wife filed a case of ipc 498 A, 419,376,496.She is mental patient.still my brother staying with her for 2 yrs.Now she got job and return to her parental home. when my brother filed restitution of conjugal rights,she filled ipc 498A,419,376,496 against my brother and my family.we filed ipc 482 for quashing the case. court quash all except 419.Her elder sister is a working in court in a good position.so try to influence.But she has no documents against us. she want huge amount money without any agreement.Tell us a what to do?
