False 498a case against husband and his sister

My wife has filed a false 498a case against me and my sister (who is married and lives separately). We both got bail from local court. Current stage is of charging frames against us and my in laws had somehow managed to get a lookout notice issued against us. My sister is living in her in laws with a child and she wanted to ho abroad to join husband. My wife’s family is demanded a huge amount of 80 lacs to settle. She is innocent.How can i get permission from any court for her to go abroad????
