Expelled our of matrimonial house without any reason.

Late night on 22/03/2026 at around 08:00 pm, I was forced out of my household in the army cantonment and not allowed to enter the house, despite having my 4.5 year old daughter and 2 year old son with me. He threatened to hand me over to civil or military police if I entered the home. I had no access to my clothes, the children's clothes or food and was abandoned on road . Without any reason on 20/3/26 he send me the watsapp msg of divorce filed by him .

You can file residence order and interim maintenance for childeren. Can file police complaint against him. Can file military misconduct to his concerned CO. Can ask for army maintenance. And also can ask for custody For further assistance you can contact me.

No husband has the right to throw his wife and young children out of the house at night. This is not only unfair but constitutes extremely wrong and inhumane behavior. It does not appear that you are at fault for what has happened to you. At a time like this, your top priority should be ensuring your own safety and that of your children. Stay with someone you trust—whether a family member or a friend. And yes, simply declaring a divorce over WhatsApp holds no weight—it is not legally valid. You are not alone, and you do have options. If you wish, you can seek legal assistance, as the law is on your side in cases like this. Most importantly—stay strong, and do not panic. With time, everything can get better.
