Ex boyfriend blackmailing and forcefully making her stay with him

Hi.. My fiancee is staying with his ex forcefully.. His x is a kidney patient. My fiancee helped her a lot whn he was in relationship with her.. Now he wants to marry me but his ex is blackmailing him by telling if he ll come near me she ll tel his brother to beat him bcoz she is a localite.please suggest me what to do
