During divorce case wife hacked my mails can I send her a legal notice
17-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Me and my wife are fighting a divorce case. In a bid to extract information, she hacked my mail and read private information, put it in a legal notice and sent me. I wanted my personal data to be removed from her laptop. Can I file a case against her? Also, I created a fake FB profile and sent her a friend request to contact her, which she rejected. Is this a crime ? Am I liable to be punished, if yes to what extent, if pursues a case against me?
you can file a complaint before Cyber Crime police station against the person who hacked your personal email. but need to produce some sort of proof along with the complaint. Further you can also file a private complaint before the Jurisdictional magistrate for the said offence if the police refused to recieve the same.
