Domestic violence, maintenance, dowry issue abuses, fraud , delaying k

Please help me out , I m living with my parents since 1 n half year , my husband wants divorce but he is asking for mehar , and hez delaying....

Dear madam first of all don't stress and take worries on your head ,the meher amount or items wholly and Solly belongs to wife(you) and. husband has no right over it . i would suggest you to file Domestic violence case ,if already filed then go for first meditation talks if you still prefer to go for divorce ,you may file suit for dissolution. hope it helps you
