Domestic violence and false allegations

I want to know the procedure of divorce. I have a 3 years baby girl she has delay development (since childhood), and because of my in laws and husband I am going through anxiety.

In divorce matters there are two procedures one is mutual consent and another is it has to be proven a cruilty before court and u may also file domestic violence case and till the pendency of matters u may also file maintenance case
