Do I have to pay maintenance till final order is passed by judge

30-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife left me and she is listening to her parents and doesn't want to come back to me it's 9 months she is away from me together with our 2 year son. I filed an application in the court for conjugal rights so that she comes back to me but in reply my wife filed a counterclaim for divorce... Will I have to pay for the maintenance till the final order is passed by the judge???

As per your query, you are not liable to pay for maintenance until and unless it is ordered by the court.
If your wife files for an interim maintenance and the court orders you to pay a certain amount to her for her and the child’s maintenance then you are liable to follow the court’s orders. Otherwise you cannot be forced to provide any sort of maintenance for your wife.
