Divorced in relationship with married man his wife filed case of dv

I am a divorcee single women. I am in relationship with married man from 9 months. After knowing this his wife filed case on him and his family 498, DV act and 497 adultory. As a evidence she has our couple photo and call detail list. He was never violent n cruel to his wife in 8 years of marriage. The thing done wrong with her was only our relation. Now what action we should do for these cases to safe my bf and his family. How he can get rid of all these and get divorce from her. They don't have any child. His wife wants to punish him legally with high maintenance n other legal punishment n want to keep divorce on hold so that we can not get married. Please suggest what steps we should take.
