Divorce procedure and need divorce notice to give it to my husband

Hello sir/Ma'am, My name is Krishnaveni M. I got married on 10th September 2021. Now I have three years old kid. my husband's sister and mother has been torturing me in all way. My husband not supporting me.its all giving me lot of mental problems. I couldn't work without any distraction. Whatever they did to me going in mind every day.I want some peace in my life. Also I want my son with me. He is my only hope to continue live. Help me to get divorce.
