Divorce on adultery - emails without my consent, is it enough proof?

22-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)

I have responsed to craigslist auto mobile postings to lease a car. One of my email response was "Still looking" and other was "Call me " so car dealers would have sent me offers. But because of some fraud activity on website ( as it hosts all categories), those responses were landed in sexual abusive sections. I have neither approached any sex worker nor make/receive any calls after alleged sent emails. I have not received any emails responses as well for those postings. Does court decides to give divorce based on these alleged sent emails, which does not talk any sexual by me.

No court will not only rely on these evidence, they may consider certain other facts and then award decree of divorce.
