Divorce notice sent twice no response what action to take now

Want to know about divorce law. We send notice for divorce 2 times.but didn't get any responce from them.they didn't attend in court on given notice period. Now we send another notice third time.if we not get any responce from them so whats the decisions?
it is not clear from your submission if it is a notice or a summon from court . If you have not brought a divorce suit please bring it immediately and if the summons have returned please mention why it is getting returned?
