hello, can well understand your concern from the query raised, but divorce is a major decision in life, and you are advised to introspect on the decision before coming to a decision, since the action and consequences are irreversible, thank you

Dear Client, 1. You can file for divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (or relevant personal law) citing cruelty and mental harassment as grounds. Approach the family court with a divorce petition, supported by evidence of the torture and hardship. The court will issue notice to your wife and proceed legally for separation. 2.
