Dear client first off all u must appear in divorce petition filed by him and have to deny all allegations. Also u have to put yr side before court. If u want to save marriage then u can file case for restitution of conjugal rights against him. For any legal help call me

You have not given details about ur marriage status. When did u get married ? If any issues are there out of the said wedlock ? Why he tempted to file divorce application ? Have u sent reply to his Notice ? Are u still staying together ? SEND befitting reply through ur advocate. Court will not grant any divorce immediately unless the allegations are proved
