Divorce filed by Husband based on false allegations

What should be the action taken if husband due to his hidden extra marital affair has filed for divorce falsely alleging the wife for cruelty and extra marital affair. He also doesnt consent to providing child maintenance and the matrimonial home to the wife saying the wife is earning.
If you are confident about his extra marital affairs then gather proof and file police complaint. As far his consent of provinding child maintenance is concerned it is court who decides whether he should pay or not.
