Meri shaadi ko 19 saal ho gaye hai meri wife ka uski behan ke devar ke sath affair hai,vo mujhe case me fasane ki dhamki deti ha,filhaal abhi July se mere ghar pe nahi hai,isme kya kya possibilities hai plz mujhe bataye,vo kya case kar sakti hai,uski adultery ke saboot to nahi par jo jo dekha hai vo sath denga mera
Adultery के बेस पर आप divorce ले सकते हैं। हालांकि आपके पास सबूत नहीं हैं,इसलिए अगर आप की वाइफ mutual divorce लेना चाहती हैं तो आप section 13B Hindu marriage act 1955 के तहत दावा दाखिल कर सकते हैं।
