Divorce case -Monthly Maintenance charges & share in proprties

i) Lower Court had already fixed Rs 5,500 /- per month for monthly maintenance charges to her .& now her lawyer has been trying to increase monthly maintenance charges to Rs 20,000 per month by filing new application in the court .Ca he do this ?
ii) For out of court settlement she has been asking for huge amount in cash & share in Immoveable properies which is not possible so now how we can get rid off from her legally & can I do new marriage now ? Should I have to file Divorce application in the court .
iii) Can I gift my Immoveable properties to my two sons from Ex wife living with me.
Yes he can do it as of her right to increase maintenance allowance. What is the education of your wife? Can she is able to maintain her self by doing any kind of work. Do't consider her wish for settlement & marriage also with out taking divorce from first wife. You can make release deed to your non blood relation.

You can approach to high court against his petition in appeal and you can file a divorce application on the ground of desrtion and after your divorce you can married again. And if your property is self acquired property then you can disposed of as you wish to.
