I paid my husband's loan when I was with him. Now I am living seperate from two year and he not even giving us for Maintainince and loan amount can I get back?

You will have to file one case for maintainance against your husband. It is a criminal case. And secondly if you have proofs of how money was given by you to him then we can file case for recovery of that money. Please take legal recourse soon.
