Delay in receiving Divorce Decree

09-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
After staying separately for a year, we appealed for divorce my mutual consent in Bandra Family Court in Sept 2016. Our appealed was accepted and we were given 6 months time, after which the judge in our presence granted us divorce in March 2017. Now my lawyer is saying that due to overload of work in the family court, the divorce decree with take another 3-4 months to reach us. Is this possible? I am divorced and I still dont have any legal document. Help.

You have to file for certified copy for Decree passed by the Family Court or for a priliminary try jst mention before the court abt your decree passed on so and so date if it works than its ok or hve to take some other action.
