Deed in divorce from my husband

If your husband is willinging to give you divorce then you can file a Mutual consent divorce on the mutal terms after deciding the amount of alimony. This process will take 6 months.

However if your husband is not wilinging to give you divorce then you can file divorce petition under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage on any of the grounds as suitable according to facts and circumstances of your case.

Further you can file an application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act thereby seeking maintenance for you and your child.
