Daughter in law creating issue for helping parents divorce be granted?

my son married -love marriage in a Mandap and got registered in sub registrar in feb.2012. after 8 months, with the connivance of her mother, she quarreled with us and went out with my son. she will not allow to see us nor. pay money &we are retired &no regular income. she is now pregnant 3 months. She is employed in a state govt. u/t. after delivery she stay with her mother. she wants that no connection with our family. My son cannot talk boldly nor against her. after delivery, can my son say he look after his aged parents, if she refuses to come with childern - can he get divorce. .
If your son wants to divorce her for cruelties, he can very well do it even during her pregnancy. He need not wait for any event to take place for applying for divorce on the ground of cruelties.
