CUSTODY OF 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER

My wife vacated my home and went to her home without my consent later after one month she filed a complaint against me. The police complaint dint work out on her favour as i told iam ready to live with her. She accused me of sex torture and i in return mentioned i suspect her of affair becoz she is triggering the fight without any reason now she has filed a divorce she is not financially stable how can i win my 1 year old daughters custody is there any possiblity.
