Lekin agar patni ab sampark me nahi aa rahi hai aur har mahine kharche ki maang kar rahi hai, to aap court me Mutual Consent Divorce ki petition file kar sakte hain aur purana likhit ya message-based samjhauta court ke samne prastut kar sakte hain. Agar patni ne jhoothi dahej ya DV ki shikayat darj karayi hai, to uska bhi jawab legal tarike se dena zaroori hai. Court aapki financial condition (kiraye ka makan, bimar maa ke sath rehna) aur patni ki sthiti (achhi kamai, bada ghar) dono dekhkar maintenance ya one-time settlement ka faisla karegi.
