Cross examining of witnesses stage

Currently my as an Applicant cross examine is over and I am in cross examining of witnesses stage.If I want to cross examine opponents brother, his bank officials, employer and others when I should do? At my stage of witness cross examining or opponents witness cross examining stage? I am confused as this all people whom I want to call are actually opponents side people so in whose stage of witness cross examining it should be called?

Whoever calls the witness to examine, has the right to hold chief examination of such witness. The other side then, comes up with Cross examination, based on such statements from Chief exam. In your case, this is absent. So unclear as to who is calling such witness for any examination? and why? arrange your tags accordingly.
