Contested Divorce where husband doesn’t want a seperation

Hello,
I am in a relationship where I have been living for 8 years in Germany and my wife lives in Delhi. We got married 2 years ago, and the Visa process has taken 2years since. Now that finally the visa has arrived (90 days), my wife says she can’t move to Germany citing some old disagreements we have had in the past. There is no abuse in any form physical or verbal involved. I am so much in love and I don’t want a separation. At the same time, there isn’t much time.What are my options here?
you can file a petition for restoration of conjugal rights in which she will be directed to accompany you to Germany and else it will amount to cruelty on her part and could be your ground for divorce.
I don't know about other details but it can be a fit case of declaring marriage null and void too.

You don’t have any option at this stage bcoz u can’t forcefully take her to Germany. It’s better u go for social meetings with friends or relatives and try to convinced her
