Contested divorce filed by husband , wife willing to give div

I filed for contested div in Delhi, wife works in Gurgaon, but living in Kolkata, she seeked for transfer but that got dismissed by SC since she hid her work loc of Gurgaon, now she files dismissing the div saying she never lived with me in delhi and jurisdiction is wrong. She actually wants to want a fresh div case in Kolkata to harass me. What shall court decide in this case?
The divorce case should sustain. If the trial court has not kept the matter for consideration on the ground of jurisdiction and the trial has started, the submissions made by your wife that she never resided with you in Delhi would not sustain. As far as DV is concerned, she may file it in Kolkata and you will have to defend it. Good luck!

You have to show that how jurisdiction is made in delhi only and the transfer was how dismissed and how your work will suffer if it transfers and the urge to transfer the case is just to harass you and if it transfers what difficulties you will have to face and it will not be in the the interest of justice.
