Consent of wife on bond paper to do 2nd second marriage valid

sir/ madum. is it sufficient to get wife permission on notary bond that she gives me the permission for 2nd marrage for sequre my future? now she orally gives me permission but i am not shure about her statment can i get marrage to get her permission on notary bond
No for giving consent on anything on sat pm paper is not valid at least I marriage but just get assurance for saperarion and gets in mutual divorce under section 13 b then only u can gets a mutual divorce

In Indian laws a bigamy is offence until your local custom (customary law) provides for it or you are a Muslim... any contract against the law is void ab initio, bad in law... you may write anything on paper but it will not be considered...
