the father hasnt paid child support for the last 7 months
Hi,
You can intimate the court who provided the Child Support via the Advocate stating he has not paid the same, and Ask the Advocate to File and Execution Petition ,and also demand arrears of payment U/s 144(3) of BNSS 2023. If he is not paying it willfully, the magistrate can issue warrant of arrest and in your case , it's 7 months of arrear...so can lock him for upto 7 months .
