Child support in mutual divorce

I m working women . Separated from last 1 year so that to be able to file for divorce by mutual consent. Bearing all the cost of 5 year old child. Can I get some child support for even last 1 year also.

Yes you can seek for maintenance for yourself and the child even if your not living with your spouse. However, it would be most advisable to give us all the facts and then we would be in a better place to give you the best course of action.

Yes your child I entitled for maintenance from your husband . He is duty bound to pay the expenses which you bore or will bear . As a working woman you can't claim maintenance but you can approach the court for your child's welfare. Revert me. All the best.

Hi, you can file an application for maintenance of child in the court. I do not think that you will get the maintenance for the lapsed one year. But you may get the maintenance wef the date you file an application. Secondly, you are right that you are living separately for last one year to get mutual divorce. Here I want to clarify that for mutual divorce, consent of both the party should be mutual. Hope for the best.

plz give me some detail what is your marriage year ? You have full rights to file the divorce case in concerned court and have also rights to file the mutual case, mutual case shall be filed by both ( you and your husband) and for any more information plz. contact me at my office/chamber or with my mobile no.
