Meri shadi ko 2 saal hogye hai. Men last 5 months se apne 7.5 months ke baby ke sath seperate reh rhi hu. Men jb 2.5 months postpartum thi to mere husband ne mujhe jhule se gira diya, men apni mother ke ghar aa gyi. Last 5 months se usne child expenses ke liye kuch bhi nhi diya hai. Maine manga nhi to mujhe mna kr diya bola earning ho khud manage kro. Yaha mere ghar ka maid cook ka kharcha do to men bache ka kharcha uthaunga.

Hello reader, Jo aapke husband ne kiya (jhule se giraana) Yeh domestic violence hai. Aap iske liye complaint file kar sakti hain aur protection le sakti hain. Aap aur aapke bachhe ka kharcha Law ke according, husband ka farz hai ki wo wife aur child ka maintenance de. Iske liye aap Section 125 CrPC ke tahat case file kar sakti hain.
