Child custody what charges for extra marital with partner

Live in relation with a child of 4 with no marriage certificate is legal marriage in d eyes of law ? What if victim doesnt want to agree to give divorce ? Custody of child ? What charges fall under extra marital affair ? I am a buddhist
YOur query is not clear and if that mean you are living in live in relation with a man of 4 children such live in relation is not valid as he is married person. Even if he get divorce he is liable to maintain her wife and all children and have to give them mainatennace untill male children attains 18 age and female children got married and wife till she got re married again. Extra marital affair he can be charged for bi gamy under section 494 ipc . There is no sperate law for budhists they are governed under hindu law.
