Meri ak frd ko uske husband bahut pareshan karte h unke 2 baby h aur ab wo apne pati se alag rahna chahhti h without divorce kya possible h ye, bacho ka maintaince chahhti h aur khud ka bhi wo rent par rahna chahhti h. Aur 2 baby ka maintaince kitna der sakti h court. Aur divorce ke bina ye possible h ye karna.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your child. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

Yes she can claim maintenance and also rental home if she can provide that her husband used to subject her to cruelty. Maintenance may depend upon the income of her husband and also how educated the wife is and how much she earns. If she wants she cannot take divorce. Everything is very subjective.
