Chargesheet filed but summons not issued

Hello we have lodged a complaint against my husband on nov-21-2025 we got a msg by saying ur final report chargesheet sheet has been filed But till now we have not received any summons What are the reason for this

It may takes some more time. There is some Court process. 1st the Court issue sommons to the accused. after the accused come to the Court, after completion of the Court process, the Court will orders to the appearance of the complainant. so, no need to worry. come to my office. I will guide you accordingly
