Can wife file RCR after CAW complaint no FIR is filed yet

24-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Can a wife go for RCR after filing a complaint with CAW cell? No FIR/ DV case is there yet. Living separately for 10 months, no kids, separated due to unnecessary arguments and taunts by mother in law and her relatives, where even husband didnt support and is now adamant to take a divorce, when I want a reconciliation. Please advice. Can I get RCR after I have already filed a COMPLAINT with CAW cell but NO FIR yet. And can the mediator at CAW cell do this?

Yes, you can always try and reconcile with your inlaws and you husband. As far as the matrimonial disputes are concerned even the courts aim for reconciliation between the parties. You can do it surely.

There is not any restriction to file RCR as per Law ...It shows your will to live with your husband and one is free to file it at any stage, under RCR you will ask the Court and show your concern towards your relationship. Hence, you can go for it. For further assistance you can contact me.
