Can wife challenge ex parte divorce after expiry of 90 days

Hi All..... Can wife able to challenge ex parte divorce decree after expiry 90 days limit if yes thus husband will for his whole in legal battle with wife on which grounds wife able to challenge ex parte divorce decree and what is the procedure for it.If wife make false documents and false excuses can court will consider it and set aside ex parte divorce decree and allow wife to challenge ex parte divorce decree.

Yes aggrieved by the exparte orders, wife can challenge the same even after expiry of 90 days but reasoning must be explained to court for such delay. Generally, the court would not consider false & fabricated documents adduced before it by any party but such fact must come within notice of the court with able assistance of other party.
