Can widow daughter in law claim share in inlaws peorperty

Is a widow daughter in law claim mainrainance, famliy pension , and self aquired property of a widow 64 years widow mother in law.??? Mother in law have to son where first son is dead.

Your query is silent on the nature of the property. If the property belongs to your father in law and he died without a Will then you can claim your deceased husbands share in the property. If the property belongs to your mother in law then till her lifetime you cannot claim her property.
