Can the visit of abusive father to child be controlled

24-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
If father is abusive, cruel and has a record of domestic violence, is he still permitted to visit the child under mother's custody? What if mother doesn't want the child to meet his father at all? If mother is not permitted so, then can the visitation by father to child be controlled so that he is not allowed for visit too frequently?

Hi dear...
As per the law every father has right to meet his child who is in mothers custody. If father of your child is abusive, cruel...and harming your child you can make a complaint against him.
It can be possible that the number of meetings of both can be minimize and gap duration between two meetings can be maximize. Even you can ask court to provide meeting in presence of any public officer appointed by court for such propose like any police constable etc. For any other assistance contact me on my phone number.
