Can the Tibetan Justice department adjudicate and give a award /decree of divorce by applying the customary personal law of Tibetans ? Tibetan justice department is a branch of central Tibetan Administration. Tibetan justice commission adjudicate civil disputes between the tibetans.
Yes, if Tibertan Department has a power to pass an order then can do so.
However if the person is an Indian citizen then he will have to apply for divorce as per the laws of India.
