Hi All... Can section 9 restitution of conjugal rights helps husband in maintenance and divorce case and prevent wife to get interim and permanent maintenance and helps husband get divorce from wife without maintenance and alimony or section 9 restitution of conjugal rights only waste of time and resources. Can husband able to transfer maintenance and divorce case from one district to another what is the procedure for it. In how much time maintenance case, mutual divorce and contested divorce

the RCR case under section 9 of Hindu marriage act is primarily for the deserted spouse to join the company of the Petitioner spouse. In most of the cases, if the deserted spouse doesn't join the company or co habitat the petitioner, It becomes the ground for divorce. For more information contact me.
