Can maintenance case able to transfer

Hi All... Can maintenance case able to transfer from one district to another.What is the procedure for it.If wife left her his husband house willfully without any reason and done mental cruelty on husband can wife eligible for maintenance from husband.How can husband avoid maintenance to wife.How can husband will reply legal summon received from wife for maintenance.Kindly provide me reply draft or fomat to wife maintenance legal summon.In how much time maintenance case will decide finally.

hy ! the transfer petition can be filed depending upon overlapping jurisdiction of tel or more courts but you must have a solid reason for transfer. 2ndly I can help you with the case but usually husband is under the liability to pay maintenance subject to certain provisions. for more info contact me

it can be transferred only in case husband is ill bodied only from high cpurt in case of same state and from supreme court in case of change of state. if wife left husband without any reasonable and probable cause, she is not entitled for maintenance. if wife is sufficiently earning, she is not entitled for it.
