Can interim maintenance order appeal on high court??


21-Aug-2025 (In Divorce Law)
As far my knowledge interim maintenance order cannot be appeal?? But my case different my Wife admitted in fact that she is MBA graduate, she doesn't want to work because she is not interested to work?? Another She admit facts in cross examination (CRPC 125) we had only money disputes nothing else. And i took care her well?? Based on her statements interim maintenance order can appeal?? Next week family court going to issue order on interim maintenance ?? So precautionary i asking the questions

only in exceptional cases, such as: If the order was passed without jurisdiction. If there is a serious violation of natural justice (e.g., passed without hearing the other side). If the statutory appellate remedy is ineffective, unavailable, or causes irreparable hardship.
