Can I reject demand of wife while providing child maintenance

22-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
One of the conditions in mutual consent divorce regarding payment for my child who is 14 years old states the following: The frst party (me) will pay 20,000 rs per month approximatley which can be reduced or higher depending on child requirements. The second pary (wife) will provide vald legal proof of expeniture to the first party. I know my child montly expenditure is about 10,000 RS. If I pay 10,000 will I breaking the condition above ? If my wife produces demands such as buying a motorcycle ..etc can I reject these ? If she wants more can she take me to court and demand more?

No you can't deny her demand of extra money. It is constitutional right given to women hence you can't deny it. For leaving life comfortably wife can demand food, cloth, shelter etc. These are prime requirement of any human being. If you deny this then she can file case in court of law for recovery of the same.
