Can I marry my mother's brother's daughter's daughter under HMA 1955? Will this marriage be valid ?

No you may not as it would be barred as a marriage between prohibited degrees of relationships under Hindu Law. There is no way to work around this law even if you both convert to another religion as there are several High Court judgments that invalidate marriages between persons who have changed their religion only to get married.

Well you can if both of you are mature (above 21) in the eyes of law. But, as per hindu religion you can not since it is close blood relations. Also, it depends on your family thinking and age difference.
