You are advised not hide facts from the Hon'ble court. Hiding or misrepresenting the facts from the court is an offence. However, regarding your other liabilities on the income you may kindly consult personally or through e mail.

Sir,, if you are planning to take divorce then your salary will be considered by court in granting alimony to your wife..however that also depends what kind of settlement you both land into..I suggest you to keep ur salary income minimum in white..

Dear Client,

if you are getting salary in your bank account (through cheque, online transfer, RTGS, NEFT etc) and your wife knows your employer company name or bank detail you can't hide your income detail.

in case you hide your income and depose falsely in court its an offence and court can initiate legal action against you.

better to go with clean hands before court. there are many other ways to reduce the maintenance burden depends on facts of case.

for further clarification you can call/meet me.

Regards,
