Can I hack her social media or use syp software to collect the Proofs

My wife is cheating me, she is talking with may boys in my absence and some of the clues I found in her whatsapp chat, now she deletes the chat record, and when I am out of home she talks to them, I want to use spy software in order to collect these evidence and want to know if is it good way?

For divorce or related proceedings, courts accept circumstantial evidence, witness testimonies, photographs, call records, or other lawful evidence.
